I am looking for a natural cure for ovarian cysts?

I have just been diagnosed with ovairan cysts and i just had a look at a website www.goodbyeovariancysts.com and i’m not sure if i should go down this path for a cure, i dont like drugs so it could be the way to go but would like to look at all natural options first.

My friend had recurring cysts throughout her cycle, she was recommended to change her diet/lifestyle by her doctor. She quit all types of candy/ chocolate/ sugar (except for food with low sugar), soda (both diet soda and regular). Plus she ate less red meat, more chicken, pork, fish and seafood and lots of vegetables.

She’s now free of the cysts and even has less to none PMT.
Her doctor did prescribe birth-control pills, that will prevent cysts to form in the future. So far she hasn’t started on them, since the diet seems to work.

I recommend you also to stay away from sodium -when this is possible. If you are overweight, this will also help you lose weight.
Cysts, especially ovarian cysts contains a lot of water. They’re usually small and you can’t really feel them, but when they get big (as in about 4 to 5 cm) you could get belly aches and feel discomforts. These cysts often go away throughout the menstrual cycle.
When you decrease the intake of sodium, your body will contain less water (salt binds water in the body).

I would recommend trying natural solutions prior to starting taking drugs. Maybe you won’t need drugs, but if you are in severe pain/ discomfort and not able to attend your everyday activities, please consult a doctor and consider the options.

Good luck!

I had ovarian cysts and funnily enough, they are gone since I had a baby! It’s a drastic measure but I’ve heard of other people it’s worked for as well!
