Risk of Complex Ovarian Cyst Rupturing? Softball size…?

I have a softball sized complex ovarian cyst on my right ovary. I have an apt at the gyn oncologist in four days… should I be concerned with it rupturing? I am having a lot of back pain from it… any advice on natural cures/treatment or personal stories would be appreciated. Thanks.
FYI- mine is not ‘draining’ it is rapidly growing. It has grown from a golf ball size to softball in about 6 months. My apt monday with the oncologist will tell more of what type it is… i’m sure they will recommend surgery asap.

If your pain is more than it has been, you don’t need to wait a cyst that size can cause your ovary to twist around and cut off it’s own blood supply which left unattended can cause some very serious complications..don’t drink alcohol you might need emergency surgery.
It’s not so rare, I had it happen to me twice.

I often get ovarian cysts. They hurt my ovaries and my back. I know exactly how you feel. Usually, they are relieved when I start my period. It should drain on it’s own. When it does this, you’ll feel a very sharp pain lasting only a few seconds, followed by a discharge for a day or two. Nothing too heavy. Sometimes, if they get too large the doctor will have to make a tiny insicion and remove it. I dont mean to scare you, but its pretty rare that they do that! I dont know any treatments for it. Sometimes it seemed that if i drank a little beer, it would start to drain. It could have been a coinsidence but it did happen a few times. I hope this has helped! Other than that, I would reccomend advil or Ibprofen for the pain
