Hi. I have found a lot on information on ovarian cysts on the website below. You have had a few different opinions from different doctors. I think it's good to get other opinions, but as long as they get to the root cause of the symptoms, and what's going on. Usually cysts go away on their own very rarely are they cancerous. But if you are experiencing pain it might be a good idea to see a doctor about it. You wouldn't want to have surgery unless absolutely necessary, but make sure that you have the tests needed to rule out cancer. These might be a CA-125 test, ultrasound, and a laparoscopic surgery if some of the other tests suggest the presence of cancer.

In terms of your family history, the situation that will give you the highest chance of getting ovarian cancer is women who have had ovarian or breast cancer, or both. This might mean that you have a mutation in wither BRCA1 or BRCA2, but this is highly unlikely if you don't have any close relatives that have had ovarian or breast cancer.

I would see a doctor about your symptoms and just make sure you go with your gut and listen to your body, because no one knows it as well as you do, and only you can tell when something is not quiet right.

All the best.

Sorry you haven't been feeling well. Hopefully by now you know what's going on and have an answer. I think I saw something awhile back about surgery to remove cysts but not the ovary. I don't remember what it's called but worth looking into.

I'd ask the dr. about heat to be safe.
