Ovarian cysts are actually quite common. Most of these cysts cause very little pain or problems and they are harmless. Most cysts resolve on their own with no major problems. If you have been diagnosed with one, just notify your doctor if you develop sudden or severe pain (in abdomen or pelvis) or if you have pain along with fever, nausea and vomiting or signs of shock (lfeeling lightheaded, having cold clammy skin, or rapid breathing).

There is nothing you can do to make it go away. It will probably go away on its own. Try not to worry about the cyst. I hope you get pregnant soon. I know what it is like to hope for a pregnancy and to be disappointed when it doesn't happen.
References :
I'm an R.N. and battled infertility for 9 years.
