I’m not too sure what ovarian cysts are. So I’m not going to say "Yeah use a tampon" Because I don’t know if it will make them worst.

You can wear a tampon with an ovarian cyst. I am on my period as we speak with an ovarian cyst. Tampons can irritate the cyst because of the pressure it puts on the vaginal walls and cervix. Your ovaries are not too far away from the end of your cervix and the pressure from the tampon can cause some dull aches. For me especially, it causes my cramps to become worse. My OBGYN has confirmed my pains as tampon related but reassures that it wont aggrivate the cyst.
