oh yeah it's definitely possible to get pregnant with ovarian cysts. many women have cysts and they still get pregnant. i have "polycystic ovaries" which means I have many cysts on my ovaries and I'm trying to conceive right now and my doctor said the cysts won't cause any problem.

now do not quote me on this but, I had a cyst on my ovary (early in my pregnancy), and if I remember right my doc told me that it is normal for women to get cysts while pregnant, so with that being said if its normal to get a cysts while pregnant, I dont think having one from Clomid would affect anything. But like I said I may be wrong.

It's possible. I used Clomid to help conceive one of my children and I had a 6 cm cyst on one of my ovaries for the first trimester.
